Job Description: We are seeking a skilled MEP Projects Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for delivering integrated solutions that meet client needs. Your role will involve working closely with project managers and senior leaders to deliver high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed, accurate estimates for MEP projects across the UK
  • Analyse project requirements to prepare comprehensive bids and tender submissions
  • Conduct cost analyses and value engineering assessments to ensure projects remain within budget
  • Identify potential risks within project scopes and adjust estimates accordingly

Predicted Salary Range: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, RICS, CIBSE)
  • Held a similar position within FM or Construction
