About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular inspections and arranging for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Seeking and managing planning permission submissions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating lease agreements and deposits.
- Preparing and managing property budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Collecting rent and service charges, and ensuring timely payments.
- Providing regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Conducting property viewings and managing leasing negotiations.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of property occupancy and availability.
