Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Manager/Surveyor. This role involves conducting site surveys, gathering and assessing risk information, and providing essential risk management services.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Insolvency Practitioners, Property Receivers, and Surveyors who specialize in distressed properties. Your role will be to act as a bridge between clients and broking teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Our team is dedicated to supporting professional development through training and qualifications, helping you to excel in your role. Additionally, there are opportunities to influence work processes, contributing to ongoing improvements and service enhancements.
As a Risk Manager/Surveyor, you will gain exposure to a wide range of businesses and premises, ensuring that no two surveys are the same. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys, gathering and assessing risk information, and providing essential risk management services.
Our company offers a competitive salary, up to £65,000, plus a car allowance and comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced pensions, life assurance, and private medical cover. You will also receive 25 days holiday with the option to buy additional days.
This is a working from home opportunity, where you will spend typically 3 days on site and 2 days at home. You will mainly cover the North of England, covering Leeds, Manchester, York, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, and occasionally into Scotland. You will reside within this area.
