Mechanical Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at our Fareham site. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of engineering solutions to meet project requirements across the aerospace industry.

  1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement engineering solutions that meet project requirements, considering schedule, quality, and cost factors.
  2. Work closely with mechanical, systems, and hardware disciplines to ensure effective project execution.
  3. Validate and manage requirements for mechanical systems, adhering to industry standards.
  4. Provide work estimates and plans to support project managers, tracking progress and adapting to project developments.
Key Requirements and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of delivering engineering projects from conception to completion.
  3. Strong understanding of engineering principles, processes, and best practices.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and quality.
