Salary:


The salary for this Specialist SEND Support Assistant role is up to £106.00 per day, inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly in arrears via PAYE.


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Specialist SEND Support Assistant in Harrow. As a Specialist SEND Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, SaL needs, Physical Disabilities, and ADHD.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Making sure students work towards their EHCP targets
  • Supporting children with the curriculum
  • Supporting students pastorally
  • Communicating with staff and parents

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Psychology Graduate with a strong academic record at Degree, A-Level, and GCSE level. You will also have outstanding knowledge of SEND and A-Typical Development.
