Helpdesk Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Planner/Scheduler to join our team at Rx Plus. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for scheduling management, resource deployment, and job completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule all reactive, remedial, and planned works to appropriate resources, considering location, expertise, and response targets.
- Accurately record all job-related information on the appropriate IT systems.
- Optimize engineer schedules to maximize team productivity.
- Follow up on incomplete jobs and reallocate as necessary.
- Monitor engineer travel and activity, responding to issues as they arise.
- Arrange third-party attendance as required, including raising Purchase Orders and Work Requests, and obtaining completion information.
- Ensure all jobs are completed within the required response times and costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling management and resource deployment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
