Water Frameworks Project Lead

About the Role
As a Water Frameworks Project Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Managing project delivery outputs, including programme, financial position, health safety, environmental performance, and progress;
- Ensuring compliance with current Health & Safety regulations and Environmental legislation;
- Developing detailed project programmes, in conjunction with the project planner;
- Procuring plant, materials, and specialist subcontractors;
- Co-ordinating and liaising with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, and site installations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of NEC contract conditions and commercial awareness;
- Experience working within the water industry;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and drive project progress;
- CSCS card and IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS) certification.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, cycle-to-work schemes, and comprehensive pension plan.
