Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our team in Blackpool. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
  • Offering advice to patients on the wards
  • Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Hospital experience is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
