Academic and Clinical Operations Lead

Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Team: Direct a team of outstanding Patient Advisors to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Support Colleagues: Ensure all colleagues have the necessary support to excel and develop their skills.
  • Clinic Workload Management: Effectively manage clinic workload, ensuring diaries are managed in advance.
  • Deputise for Clinic Manager: Act as a deputy to the Clinic Manager as needed.
About You:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience within a retail or clinical setting.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A hands-on, customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
  • Delivery Against Industry Standards: Ability to deliver against recognised industry standards.
  • Team Development: Develop a multi-disciplinary team to meet service and activity expectations.
  • Incident Management: Confidence and integrity to operate with discretion in incident management, safeguarding, referrals, and complaints.
  • Performance Management: Manage team performance to deliver the highest calibre of clinical and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
