A reputable law firm in Kent is seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to expand its insolvency practice. As an Insolvency Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to manage a caseload of insolvency matters and develop new business.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in insolvency law and a proven track record of managing a caseload of insolvency matters.
  • The successful candidate will have established client following and the ability to bring clients and grow the firm's insolvency practice within Kent.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload of insolvency matters, providing expert advice to clients and ensuring timely resolution.
  2. Develop new business and expand the firm's insolvency practice within Kent.
  3. Work closely with other teams within the firm to deliver excellent results.
