Creative Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Operations Lead to join our team at Ocado Retail Ltd. As a key member of our Eat studio, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day output of our creative team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Operational management of the creative team, including resource allocation and process optimization.
- Collaboration with the Head of Creative to deliver end-to-end campaigns, managing timelines and processes with external agencies.
- Management of the creative operations team, ensuring we work efficiently to deliver great work.
- Leading the planning, coordination, and control of production processes, ensuring procedures are fit for purpose and efficient.
- Leading innovation in resourcing tools and AI to create greater efficiency and best practice output.
- Overseeing and supporting the planning, execution, and post-production of photography and video projects.
- Strong project management capabilities to handle campaigns, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
- Effective communication across the marketing department and wider business to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
- Previous experience in a studio operations/manager role.
- Organisation: ability to calm chaos, simplify complex processes, and proactively look for ways to improve workflows.
- Experience using project management software, scheduling resources, and analyzing creative briefs.
