About Ryder Reid Legal Limited:
We are a top US law firm seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Regulatory team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with scope for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, collate, and coordinate KYC documentation.
- Conduct company searches, review search results, and prepare corporate formalities documents.
- Prepare and coordinate the collection of signature pages.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous funds experience within a City law firm and have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive annual salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- Paid overtime.
- A comprehensive benefits package.
