Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Nextech Group Ltd. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in delivering exceptional support to colleagues using extensive experience with IT Service Desk tools.

As an ICT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for utilising deep knowledge of IT/Cyber security practices to identify and address security threats and breaches effectively.

You will also apply proven experience in IT resource planning to optimise our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Delivery: Deliver exceptional support to colleagues using extensive experience with IT Service Desk tools.
  2. Cyber Security: Utilise deep knowledge of IT/Cyber security practices to identify and address security threats and breaches effectively.
  3. IT Resource Planning: Apply proven experience in IT resource planning to optimise our IT infrastructure.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, control, and mitigate operational risks with a strategic approach.

Technical Requirements:

  1. Proficient in managing Microsoft Active Directory, Share Point, Exchange Server, and Office 365 (including Microsoft Teams).
  2. Experienced in MS Windows 10 desktop and application support.
  3. Skilled in the support and configuration of tablets, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  4. Competent in using Remote Control Software/VPN and basic network troubleshooting.
