Role Overview

Spire Leicester Hospital is seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Medical Records department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, tracking, and storing medical records with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing records prior to outpatient clinics
  • Transporting and filing completed records
  • Working on a rota covering 8am-8pm Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Comfortable with the physical nature of the role
  • Ability to work flexibly and be reliable/hardworking
