About the Role

We're seeking 6 UX Designers to work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, user-centric experiences. Your role will blend design thinking, research, and technical know-how to create functional, accessible, and delightful products at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points using interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Present findings to commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with Developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across products.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in UX/Product Design, ideally in a collaborative SaaS B2B environment.
  • Lean UX experience.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to work effectively with developers.
  • Strong foundation in user-centered design and accessibility standards.
  • Proficient in user research methods and translating data into actionable design improvements.
