Inclusion and Accessibility Manager

This exciting opportunity has arisen within our Patient Experience Team, where you will play a key role in enhancing the patient experience through effective equality, diversity and inclusion strategies.
As a seasoned professional in EDI, you will possess excellent project management skills, along with experience in managing EDI projects and a strong analytical mindset.
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available. Please note that all successful candidates must pay for their DBS certificate.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and deliver projects focused on improving the experience of individuals with protected characteristics;
- Collaborate with local communities to identify areas for improvement;
- Evaluate projects and suggest changes or future initiatives;
- Provide training and support to staff on equality and diversity matters;
- Work closely with HR EDI colleagues and support staff networks;
- Assist staff in analysing equality implications related to new policies and services.
