Job Summary:
ARCA Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a rapidly scaling, world-class motion simulation business to expand its research and development engineering teams.
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Assembly Technicians and Mechanical Fitters to help deliver mechanical sub-assemblies and full machine assemblies to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, a strong understanding of tooling and assembly processes, and experience working in a highly productive assembly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality mechanical sub-assemblies and full machine assemblies
- Work collaboratively in a tight team environment
- Take pride in high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of tooling and assembly processes
- Contribute to the growth and success of the research and development engineering team
Requirements:
- Experience working in a highly productive assembly environment
- Excellent understanding of tooling and assembly processes
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to travel
