Job Description:

**Infrastructure Fund** is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our team in the Infrastructure Equity department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the identification, evaluation, and analysis of infrastructure investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Investment Analysis: Examine and analyze potential infrastructure investments with a primary focus on valuation.
  • Market Research: Populate industry and market data to identify trends and assess potential investment opportunities.
  • Market Monitoring: Remain current on market and industry developments to help frame investment strategies.
  • Investment Committee Support: Assist in the preparation and presentation of Investment Committee memoranda; participate in Investment Committee discussions.
  • Portfolio Management: Participate in the monitoring and management of the investment portfolio through formal semi-annual reviews and other informal meetings.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure and/or investment management;
  • Relevant experience may include asset management, valuation, investment banking or similar;
  • Undergraduate business, finance, infrastructure, or economics degree;
  • Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills (DCF and financial modeling);
  • Solid understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Bloomberg and other financial data portals;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build working relationships internally and externally;
  • Demonstrated passion for investing.
