Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Air Tightness Testing Engineer to join our team in the South East of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting air tightness tests on construction sites and existing buildings, ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct air tightness tests on construction sites and existing buildings, ensuring compliance with building regulations.
- Travel to various locations, carrying out tests and providing expert advice to clients.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Hold a full/clean driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
- ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in air tightness testing and building compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Access to an AES vehicle.
