Our Care Assistants, known as Care Professionals, deliver high-quality care and support to our clients. We do not require any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional, and we encourage people from different sectors to apply.

As a Care Professional, your role will involve:
- Minimum 1-hour visits
- Introductions to all new clients
- Care Professionals matched to clients based on personality, background, hobbies and interests
- Companionship lead care service
- Shopping, general household tasks and preparing fresh food
- Building strong professional relationships
- Providing non-medical services to help clients stay as independent as possible in their own homes
