Student Recruitment Officer

The University of Bristol is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to lead the planning and delivery of our undergraduate recruitment events. As a key member of the Student Journey team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and evaluating a range of events, including UCAS fairs, Open Days, and virtual events, to attract and recruit top students to the University.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and delivery of our annual programme of post-application undergraduate events, including offer holder days and campus tours.
- Undertake competitor and marketplace research to inform evidence-led continuous improvement to the programme of activity.
- Line manage a small number of direct reports and build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Facilitate change in an evidence-based way and analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Experience of delivering or planning student recruitment or public-facing events on a large scale.
- Organizational skills and ability to thrive in busy, dynamic situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to enthuse and enable those around you.
- Effective collaboration and team player with excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
