Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Nova Artes Engineering. As a key member of our Commercial Gas Service team, you will be responsible for managing our maintenance contracts and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with Stakeholders
You will be the primary point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other team members. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in ensuring that our service delivery meets the highest standards.
Contract ManagementYou will be responsible for managing our maintenance contracts, including developing and maintaining sound working relationships with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders. Your ability to prioritize workload and use initiative will be crucial in ensuring that our service delivery meets the required standards.
Team ManagementYou will oversee and assist a team of contract coordinators to meet service delivery demands. Your leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide your team will be essential in ensuring that our service delivery meets the highest standards.
Service DeliveryYou will be responsible for providing an efficient and timely response to customer inquiries and requests. Your ability to prioritize workload and use initiative will be crucial in ensuring that our service delivery meets the required standards.
Reporting and AnalysisYou will provide analysis and reporting information to support management of all business areas. Your ability to collect and analyze data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner will be essential in informing business decisions.
Quality AssuranceYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate and effective files/records, including use of our job management system. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards will be crucial in ensuring that our service delivery meets the required standards.
Client RepresentationYou will represent the company in client meetings, providing information and answering questions to ensure that our service delivery meets the required standards.
Requirements- Experience
5 years of industry experience and 2 years of experience at management level.
Skills and QualificationsExcellent written communication and verbal skills, computer-literate and experience in Microsoft Software, excellent planning and organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and use initiative at all times.
Education and CertificationsGeneral competence in the given trade, COCN1, CODNCO1, TCP1a.
What We Offer- Competitive Salary
£60,000.00 per year.
