Pharmacy Support Associate Role

Montu is a leading cannabis company with operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific, facilitating access to cannabis through locally integrated ecosystems that streamline the patient experience from end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient support through telephone and email inquiries
  • Process prescriptions efficiently, ensuring timely medication dispensing
  • Resolve basic IT issues, including Shopify and payment-related problems
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team and clinic to ensure seamless medication dispensing
  • Support the pharmacy team in managing prescriptions, problem-solving minor queries, and addressing quality issues
  • Act as the first point of contact for complaints and incidents, collecting feedback, and liaising with the Head of Governance
  • Report incidents and significant events, and liaise with the Head of Governance
  • Liaise with product and tech support teams on technical issues
  • Work closely with the line manager and wider team on service improvement
  • Attend work-related meetings as required
  • Maintain mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Experience in a healthcare environment advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure
