About the Role

Polaris is seeking an Academic Educator to join its team in Foxton, South West of Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH) and be able to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment.

  • Motivate pupils through engaging and interactive lessons
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to achieve excellent educational outcomes
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to improve performance
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet individual needs
  • Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Proven experience of teaching in a Primary School setting
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse pupil needs
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary is £32,500. We also offer a range of benefits, including Company Pension and Life Assurance.
