At William H Brown, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential Lettings team in Brentwood. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you'll have the opportunity to develop into a skilled Lettings Negotiator, learning all aspects of residential lettings.

What We Offer:

Your Role:

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion. If you're a resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
