About the Role

We're looking for a Paralegal with project management experience to integrate specialty area knowledge with industry standards and practices, apply analytical thinking, and leverage data analysis tools and methodologies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for tasks associated with programs and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Support activities related to legal operations, technology, budget/expenses, risk/controls, litigation/discovery/settlements, or administration.
  3. Provide in-depth analysis of matters to support resolution of situations or formulate an approach, demonstrating expertise in relevant areas.
  4. Liaise with other control and functional business units to support project initiatives and drive successful outcomes.
  5. Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.
  6. You may be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  1. Experience working in corporate legal departments, law firms, financial services, consulting, technology firms, or related industries.
  2. In-depth knowledge of legal customs and practices, with a focus on the financial services sector.
  3. Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  4. Understanding of the financial services industry, including market trends and regulatory environments.
  5. Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, with a strong academic record.
