Responsibilities
  • Manage the design process from conception to completion, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the integration of various design disciplines, including architecture, structural engineering, and M&E.
  • Negotiate fees, set deliverables, and manage design schedules.
  • Monitor design team progress and ensure alignment with buildability requirements.
Requirements
  • Mechanical design experience with a consultant on commercial, residential, and retail projects.
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Strong familiarity with the integration of various design disciplines and coordination of package interfaces.
  • Ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to ongoing development within Building Services Design.
