Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of bespoke residential projects, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial aspects of residential projects, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure that each luxury build is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, manage subcontractor accounts, and handle variations and final accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the luxury residential sector.
  • Strong understanding of bespoke construction processes and attention to detail.
  • Excellent commercial skills, strong analytical abilities, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and clients.
