Job Title: Senior Aftersales Agent

At Travel Trade Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aftersales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to travel agents, resolving post-booking issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive reputation for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective resolution to travel agent inquiries and issues via phone and email.
  2. Manage schedule changes received from airlines via Sabre, ensuring seamless communication with travel agents.
  3. Communicate complex information to travel agents, making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Investigate and resolve issues related to reservation amendments, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  5. Streamline booking processes by utilizing queues, booking notes, and email communication to enhance customer experience.
  6. Amend hotel, car hire, and transfer reservations, collaborating with suppliers to ensure accurate and complete amendments.
  7. Action ETA's, API's, and Mobility Forms within set timeframes, maintaining high-quality customer care handling.
  8. Support team members and contribute to a positive company culture by promoting a 'can-do' attitude.
