Job Title: SQL Database Administrator - Microsoft

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Database Administrator to join our team at Eames Consulting. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain entire MS-SQL server infrastructure across all environments: production, UAT, and development
  • Database backup and recovery with use of native backup and Ola Hallengren maintenance solution
  • Manage and audit database security
  • Management of disaster recovery solutions (Microsoft Clustering, Availability Groups - including multi-subnet configuration)
  • Performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning with use of native or third-party tools (preferably RedGate SQL Monitor)
  • Administration of Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS), and Analytical Services (SSAS)
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of PowerShell, SSIS, and T-SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
