Year 4 Teacher Role

We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our team as a Year 4 Teacher in a supportive school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Year 4 students in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
