About the Role

We are seeking a talented Banking and Finance Solicitor to join our team at Irwin Mitchell LLP. As a key member of our Banking and Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of banking and debt finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate banking transactions
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality advice and service to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant law and practice to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice
