Job Summary:

KIRCHHOFF Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Materials Procurement Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet production schedules and customer demands.

• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality standards.

• Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Proficient in MRP and ERP systems, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
