Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and be confident in leading clinical medication reviews and medicine optimisation management. A Masters degree in pharmacy or equivalent is essential, and GPhC registration is required. We offer competitive salary £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical medication reviews and medicine optimisation management.
  • Develop and implement policies and protocols for medicines management.
