- Work autonomously, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are benefiting from all business services.
- Mentor staff through constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and training opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to the tax portfolio.
- CTA qualified with at least two years' post-qualification experience.
- ACCA or ACA qualification is desirable.
- Proven track record of managing a tax portfolio, including planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and self-motivated.
- Team player able to work closely with senior team members and support junior staff.
