Xodus Group is seeking an experienced Energy Yield Analysis Team Lead to join our Renewables Project Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading wind resource and energy yield analyses at various stages of project developments, including standalone energy yield assessments and providing expert wind analysis and energy yield modelling support to our international Renewables offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead wind resource and energy yield analyses, including standalone energy yield assessments and providing expert wind analysis and energy yield modelling support to our international Renewables offering.
- Develop and maintain high standards across all deliverables, ensuring quality and accuracy in all work.
- Collaborate with the relevant Technical Authority and our Digital and Data team to drive the continuous improvement of EYA tools and methods.
- Engage and collaborate within the wider Xodus Group on workload, technical work, and resource management.
- Line manage team members, ensuring they are developing a strong pipeline of projects and identifying development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in wind resource and energy yield assessments.
- Experience with customer-facing business development, identifying opportunities, building a pipeline, and winning work.
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and developing methodology and shaping the skills and development of the team.
- Ability to approve complex work, project manage, and maintain budgets.
- Fluency in industry analysis packages (Windographer, WAsP, OpenWind, WindFarmer, WindPro BoxKite) and proficiency using MS Excel and other software for calculations.
