  • You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the residential service, including managing rotas, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records.
  • As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing care plans, promoting independence, and empowering service users to achieve their goals.

About You:

  • You must have experience working in residential childcare settings, preferably with similar populations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team are essential.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and professional demeanor.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,745 - £38,223 (dependent on experience), plus enhancements for unsocial hours and sleeping-in duties.
  • Time and a half for weekend working (if applicable).
