About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Education Facilitator to join our team at the University of Worcester. As a Medical Education Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to our students, working closely with academic staff and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our Medical School.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Integrated Clinical Methods (ICM) sessions to medical students, using a range of teaching and learning methods to engage and support students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, using a range of assessment methods to evaluate student learning.
Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum materials, working closely with academic staff and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and relevance of our educational programs.
Person Specification
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in medical education, with experience of delivering PBL and ICM sessions to medical students. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, academic staff, and other stakeholders.
