Responsibilities and Challenges:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR and Recruitment team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
- Develop and implement efficient systems to manage employee data, paperwork, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate travel arrangements, interviews, and assessments, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational prowess
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to confidentiality protocols, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines under pressure
- GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths, with a proven track record in administrative roles
