About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team at Stratospherec Limited. As a Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, working closely with our Data Analysts and clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Processing: Collect and process data from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Cleansing and Formatting: Cleanse and format data for internal use, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Administrative Data Tasks: Perform administrative data tasks for clients and internal projects, including data entry and data management.
  • UAT Testing and Support: Assist with ad-hoc data-related tasks and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting the test team with UI and back-end SaaS system testing.
Requirements
  • Strong Administrative Skills: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Technical Skills: Some experience with Excel or SQL is advantageous, but not required.
  • Ambition and Drive: Ambitious and driven, with a desire to develop within the data field and contribute to the growth of our company.
