Job Title: Night Security Officer

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a reliable and skilled Night Security Officer to join our team at a busy Distribution site in Plymouth.

Shift Details:

  • 4 on 4 off 12 hour night shifts
  • Shift timings: 18:00-06:00

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Reception duties, badge printing, area access, alarm monitoring, CCTV investigations
  2. Controlling the access of visitors, staff, and contractors
  3. Internal and external patrols
  4. Following site procedures as agreed in the SLA, reporting all incidents and accidents to the customer
  5. Gatehouse duties - checking drivers' ID and vehicles inspections
  6. Screening/search when required

Requirements:

  • A valid SIA guarding/Door Supervisor Licence
  • A 5-year checkable work/education history
  • Competent computer skills with a good knowledge of computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create comprehensive incident reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
