About the Role
Michael Page (UK) is seeking an experienced Property Law Associate Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of our property litigation department, providing expert advice and guidance on diverse property disputes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to property litigation.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Providing advice and devising strategies on diverse property disputes
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents related to property litigation
3. Liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customised legal services
4. Representing clients in court proceedings, if necessary
5. Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless service
6. Staying abreast of legal developments and changes in the property sector
7. Facilitating client meetings and legal presentations

Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A law degree from a recognised institution
• Qualified to practice law in the UK
• Proven litigation skills, particularly in property law
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills

Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career growth and development.
