Early Education Facilitator

We are a small, tight-knit community in a rural area, seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Year 1 Teaching Assistant. This full-time position offers a stable and rewarding career path, with opportunities for growth and development.

About the Position:

• Provide educational support to students in a Year 1 classroom
• Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
• Support the school's Breakfast Club and other extracurricular activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children, ideally in a classroom setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success
