Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd. As an Academic Mentor for Children with SEN, you will provide tailored support and guidance to children with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the teacher and SEN team to deliver targeted interventions and help students access the curriculum. If you have a passion for working with children with SEN and are committed to helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support with daily tasks and activities
  • Assist with academic work and social interactions
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and strategies to support student progress
  • Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in students
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
