Job Title: Clinical Lead for Critical Care

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead for Critical Care to join our team at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This part-time role involves working 24 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and continuing education in critical care nursing.

The estimated salary for this position is £42,046 - £64,588 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, good communication skills, and the ability to promote best practice in patient care. A relevant Diploma/Degree or Management Training is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of critical care nurses
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
