Marketing Professor

Job Summary:

Ulster University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Marketing Professor to join our team in the Department of Global Business and Enterprise. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, research, and administration to support the growth and development of our students and the university as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative and engaging marketing curricula that align with the university's strategic objectives.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities that advance the field of marketing and contribute to the university's research reputation.
• Provide academic leadership and support to colleagues, including mentoring and coaching.
• Participate in departmental and faculty meetings, contributing to decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance the university's reputation and provide opportunities for students.

Requirements:

• PhD in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of teaching and research excellence in marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
