Business Growth Specialist

">To achieve exceptional sales and revenue growth for the OT Group in your designated area.
This challenging sales role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales performance to meet or exceed targets. Key responsibilities include:
* Generating a minimum of £800k in invoiced sales annually, with the goal of exceeding £100k worth of new business billed per year.
* Identifying and qualifying leads through collaboration with the Corporate Account Team, converting them into spending accounts that drive significant revenue growth.
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase sales of the complete OT Group range of products and services, including Print, Furniture, Managed Print Services, Workplace, and Workwear.
* Collaborating closely with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
* Ensuring seamless integration with reporting tools to track key metrics, pipeline, opportunities, appointments, performance, and other vital sales indicators.
* Providing regular updates to line management within agreed timescales to maintain transparency and ensure accountability.
