Job Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Railway Aesthetics Expert to join our team at CV-Library. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the fleet's appearance and condition meet the highest standards.

Your Key Duties:
Examine units for visual defects and rectify them to ensure our fleet looks its best.
Perform roller and spray-painting on both interior and exterior panels, as well as underframe components.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the fleet's aesthetic appeal, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, driving excellence and consistency in all aspects of the role.
Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
