The successful candidate will have a strong background in Health Visiting, with experience in managing change, quality improvement, and line managing staff. They will be responsible for leading initiatives across the borough, including team leadership and governance, complex needs, safeguarding children, addressing inequalities, practice education, and infant feeding.
The role requires a strong understanding of the current priorities for health visiting, experience of working with families regarding safeguarding, and experience of caseload management. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate and lead team development, manage competing priorities, and manage complex situations.
