We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Life Safety Officer at Nuffield Health. As a Life Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment in the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly, relaxed, and professional atmosphere.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
- Stay alert and attentive at all times, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our members.
Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and ability to provide ongoing training records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
